We reserve the right to change rates and applicable rental periods at our discretion. No refunds in full or in part will be made should rates for a booked period change after the booking has been made.
Payment accepted by cheque in British £, or by bank transfer in £ or Euros. For direct bank payment details please contact us.
You can also pay securely and simply online through PayPal using a PayPal balance, credit or debit card.

Payments via PayPal are charged at 3.4% + £ 0.20 (non UK 3.9% + € 0.35). This is the cost that Paypal charge us to accept credit or debit card payments. This amount will be added to the amount
that you are requested to pay for each stage payment.
A deposit of 50% of the full amount payable for your stay is required to reserve your booking. The balance is required to be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival. We request a fully refundable security deposit of £100 with your balance payment, returnable immediately upon your return after inspection by our designated housekeeper.
Deposits are non-refundable, but in the event of you having to cancel you may be covered by your holiday insurance, but please check the level of your cover.
