The property is designed, furnished and decorated in a modern, contemporary style. The style is intended to give more the feel of a chic hotel suite than a holiday apartment. All rooms are decorated with tasteful, modern, furniture, artwork, and soft furnishings.

The house is built with accomodation over two floors with an inside area of 90m2, plus a 50m2 private roof terrace, plus 3 No balconies. Stylish stainless steel and marble spiral staircases link the living areas, and also the huge roof terrace.

The clever design means that your private entrance is actually at first floor level, and on this floor is where the two bedrooms and bathrooms are found.

From the entrance hall two bedrooms are individually furnished with comfortable soft furnishings. Both bedrooms are independently air conditioned.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with ensuite shower room, full height glazing, private balcony overlooking the sea with glass and stainless steel ballustrading, large wardrobe, and independent air conditioning. There is a table and chairs on the balcony outside the master bedroom. Perfect for breakfast!

Bedroom 2 is a twin room, with full height glazing overlooking the patio, independent air conditioning, large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and drawer space, and is adjacent to the main bathroom.

The house can sleep up to six if required (there is an additional
sofabed in main living area). With stylish, high quality, colour coordinated, towels and accesories in both bathrooms, we try to give our guests a high quality, top level hotel experience.
