you to your private roof terrace. The 50m2 roof terrace covers the entire footprint area of the house and living room balcony. The roof terrace is fully landscaped with architectural planting and stylish built-in furniture.

There is an outdoor kitchen area with sink and a fridge to keep the drinks or salads handy. The terrace is stylishly lit with low level outdoor lighting.

As well as the built in furniture, there are sun-loungers, and a dining table with seating for six. This will probably be your favourite part of the house (it is ours!)

With a 360 degree panorama over Makrigialos Bay and the Libyan Sea, the mountains, and around the crescent coastline, it is not easy to describe the view using just words !

The roof terrace is fully tiled, with glass and stainless steel
