From the first floor, a stainless steel and marble spiral staircase takes you up to the main living and dining area. The main feature of the living area is undoubtedly not actually in it! The view from the full height glazing over the balcony to the Bay of Makrigialos and the mountains is simply staggering.

The main living area is furnished with modern, comfortable and stylish furniture and fittings, and contemporary artwork of the highest quality. There is a large leather sofa, LCD flat screen TV and DVD player & library of DVDs for you to enjoy. The Townhouse benefits from it’s own dedicated WiFi broadband internet access (free of charge) whch allows you to stream content. This is in addition to the site wide free wifi internet access. The living area is of course fully air-conditioned, and there is also a modern wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in the cooler 'winter' months.

The living area opens up via sliding glass doors on to the largest of the three balconies in the house, again directly overlooking the pool and Makrigialos Bay. The 'Sundowner' choice of whether to have a cocktail, a chilled glass of wine, or an ice-cold beer can be a little tricky!

Open plan to the living area, the kitchen and dining area are to the rear of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, full size larder fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave. The saucepans are catering standard stainless steel type for the chefs amongst you. The full size dining table will comfortably seat six. Opening out from the kitchen is another balcony, overlooking the shrubberies and planting to the rear of the house.
